Can you replace a rowhouse sewer lateral?
Yes. We dig the trench from the yard or alley, and a licensed plumber replaces the pipe.
Why does my basement leak?
Usually sunken backfill, downspouts at the wall or a failed footer drain. We regrade and dig along the wall for the waterproofing crew.
